Book 4 in the Bloodletting Press Chapbook lineup
In fin de siecle nineteenth century, three absinthe addicts vie for the affections of a certain wormwood lady. One is a would-be artist, another a policeman forced to leave the Paris police department in disgrace. The third is Frederick Sterling, a crime scene photographer with London's City Police. Lately his black and white pictures of female subjects depicted in situations of mortal distress have taken on a bizarre green hue. This strange phenomenon all began after he was called out to photograph a Jack the Ripper victim in Miller's Court. Or did it? It’s was so difficult to gauge time and circumstance when in the arms of the Green Fairy.
