A US Limited Edition was created by William Morrow in an edition of 2000 signed and numbered copies, in addtion to that an additional 250 copies were created for Subterranean Press, they are identical to the larger print run, and is pictured below, except the limitation page states the following:

"This Edition Was Specially Produced for Subterranean Press and Is Limited to 250 Signed and Numbered Copies"  Our copies come accompanied with a specially signed first edition signed for the publisher on a specially tipped in title page with "First Edition, Signed by the Author"

There as also a UK Limited Edition also done in two states by Headline a one of 700 state and a much nicer one of 260 state as pictured and described below:
