When the signed limiteds came out the four different states were each named after a beer, Schenk, Bock, Dark and the rarest state Dark Reserve.

Lettered, a Dark Reserve, the lettered edition, was a leather edition, bound in black leather with a matching slipcase. 30 copies lettered A to DD were issued. These copies, were not offered to the public and were generally is inscribed, as shown here.
