An unsigned edition of 600 copies, bound in cloth were offered for sale. This edition did not have the Jerry Uelsmann photographs inside and is made of thinner paper; also no slipcase was offered with this book. A 200 copy limited edition traycase was offered by stephenkingcollector.com for this book.

Yes, pictured below and offered for sale here is one of the 10 Deluxe Roman Numbered copies numbered in RED!
So this is a massive book, the traycase measures 10 3/4 X 14 1/4 X4 1/4 and weights just under 13 pounds. Consequently storing it on its back, as i assume this one was will result in some rubbing to the cloth. This one, on the back of the traycase shows some rubbing, as pictured below on all four corners. The book is fine, other than the little bit of rubbing to the back of the traycase the traycase is fine.
