Hardcover set consists of two separte chapbooks, "Bomb" and "Kill the Enemy", with the extra story "Driving", housed in a custom slipcase and limited to 75 copies

Lettered - The Lettered State was produced with custom bound copies of  Bomb and Driving/Kill the Enemy housed in a custom made traycase.  Only 7 lettered copies were produced along with 2 PC sets.  We just aquired one of the PC sets back from the Estate of our friend David Barnett and offer it for sale here.
