Limited to 250 signed and numbered copies, in slipcase and SOLD OUT at the publishers

Lettered: 26 signed traycased copies, with an extra section not in the limited

"PC" copy which is identical in every way to a numbered or lettered copy but has the letters "PC" in the limitation line, the "PC" denotes "Publisher's Copy" and is one of a very few copies produced for use by the Publisher, usually for contributors.

Bill's Copy does have a very small (3/16") intent on the leather of the cover of the book (it is covered by the dust jacket)
