In this sequel to THE RISING, cities are overrun with legions of the undead, intent on destroying what's left of the living. Trapped inside a fortified skyscraper, a handful of survivors prepare to make their last stand against an unstoppable, merciless enemy. With every hour their chances diminish and their numbers dwindle, while the ranks of the dead continue to rise. Because sooner or later, everything dies. And then it comes back, ready to kill.

Limited Edition: limited to 300 signed and numbered copies

Deluxe Edition: Limited to 26 lettered copies (note: this is the first deluxe edition to use letters rather than numbers), bound in black leather, signed and housed in a slipcase.

• Includes a bonus, original, unpublished ending to The Rising!
• Includes the original unpublished first chapter of City of the Dead
• Includes the original plot synopsis of the City of the Dead

Original Manuscript: Bound in cloth, "This special one of a kind bound manuscript is the original manuscript submitted to Delirium Books by the author, Brian Keene, for the first edition printing of City of the Dead." Contains a special signature page signed by Brian Keene and Publisher Shane Ryan Staley.  Also signed by Brian Keene on the title page.  There was a drawing by the publisher where the letters of each deluxe book were drawn and the winning letter obtained this one of a kind edition!  It was never offered for sale.
